Quality Management

Quality Management is at the core of HELM’s identity. We´re both GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and ISO 9001:2015 certified and we’re absolutely committed with the quality of our products and services.

We take very seriously the responsibilities and role we have on the health sector.
While we assure compliance with all the applicable guidelines and legislation, we also have an established risk assessment approach in place. This allows us to identify risks and act on them in advance, offering agile and adjusted solutions to our customer’s needs.

We want our customers to rely on us for a full-service support, which do not end with the supply of our products.
We have established a partnership to an independent third-party entity, avoiding conflict of interests, to perform audits to our suppliers, allowing us to have readily available audit reports to be shared with our customers.
