Helena Paradela joined the team in 2015 as Head of the Regulatory Competence Centre.
META stands for Middle East, Turkey and Africa and is one of the growth regions for the global HELM Group due to its high market potential. That is why HELM initially established the Regulatory Competence Centre in Portugal as part of its Pharma strategy.
“In my professional life as well as in my personal life, I always feel motivated when I am able to build something new”, says Helena.
Helena holds responsibility for the largest department at HELM Portugal and brings deep expertise concerning emerging markets with her. In addition, over recent years the Competence Centre has also taken over responsibility for the global regulatory maintenance of Pharma products.
“My main goal is to develop and manage our internal expertise”, Helena explains. Her team aims to provide HELM affiliates, customers and supply partners with world-class support.
She therefore individually strengthens each team-member’s competencies and also maintains close contact with the headquarters in Hamburg. “We join forces to combine synergies”, emphasises Helena.
She sees working in a global environment as an attractive challenge.
