The main task of Commercial Operations is the flawless execution and management of the supply chains that have been set up for our high-quality Active Ingredients (API) and Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) operations. From product launch and throughout its lifecycle, we make sure that goods and services are available in the right quality, in time and at optimal cost. This is a cornerstone on the way to meeting or even exceeding our customers’ expectations to supply the market on time with high-quality, highly competitive pharmaceutical products. This way we foster mutually beneficiary and sustainable business relations with all stakeholders.
Carrying out this mission requires the seamless cooperation of the three Functions within Commercial Operations – Procurement, Logistics and Sales. These teams act as competent, trusted and responsive partners to our suppliers, service providers and customers respectively.
When interacting with our partners to find ways to improve and increase our existing business with them, or work jointly on identifying entirely new opportunities, we leverage our long-standing experience, deep market knowledge and HELM’s very extensive network of subsidiaries, Sales Offices and affiliates around the world.
