HELM Portugal is now scaling up its Customer Portal to all customers.

Last year, HELM started testing the portal’s features and gathering valuable feedback from its pilot customers. After consulting the customers and development experts, the portal has been adjusted based on the feedback received, to ensure that all customers have an exceptional and efficient experience.

The launch of this platform is aligned with the company’s ambition to be an innovative player in the market by providing digital solutions and bringing innovation to the industry, as HELM was the first to present a digital platform of this kind for most of the customers.

Connecting experience

HELM’s customer portal is a connecting experience that allows our customers to create orders and track their status, access contract conditions, share shipping, quality and regulatory documents, and check the price history of their products. Additionally, it is the official gateway for all communication between us and our clients with real-time information, because we believe that having a more digital and transparent communication with our customers is a good way to build stronger relationships.

The portal was designed to make our customers’ lives easier by providing a central place where they can access real-time data – about their orders, documents, and price history – anywhere and anytime.
